Good Morning, I hope all is well. I hope this message can be delivered to Alicia. I wanted to write to tell her that I was so disapointed last night😱ðŸ˜we were outside of viejas arena with our concert tickets but they said the tickets say cal coast arena on them and are invalid and won't be able to change them. We have been waiting to see Alicia since September 2020! We bought tickets for September 2020. Then it was canceled due to Covid. Then Sept 2021 was canceled and postponed due to Covid. Sept 2022 we were still patiently waiting and excited to see her perform but it was cancelled and postponed due to weather. Then she changed the Venue a few days before Concert and my aunt ( who purchased the tickets) only got notified on Thursday of the change only to have my aunt drive down to San Diego and us stand outside of Viejas Arena until 0845 pm ( concert started at 8pm)trying to get in and calling vivid seats. Apparently Vivid seats,stubhub,and seatgeek do not communicate and sync together when there are changes to dates and venues so with 3rd party seller etc that causes issues. My aunt was told she wouldn't get a refund for tickets and not to mention parking we paid for to not see the concert. My and my aunts favorite performer ever is Alicia ( since her day 1 I have been her fan since highschool and still am. Loved her since 2000) It also was going to be my daughter's very first concert and she is 10 years old and I chose Alicia to bring her to because she is age appropriate for every age and my daughter loves her too because of me knows all her songs.She was so excited and then disappointed. I don't know how much effort goes into making sure tickets for her fans gets squared away when the venue changes 3 times and dates get postponed/cancelled but things have got to get better and people do better. We are the fans and still loyal and patient. They offered people having issues in line to "buy tickets at window 1 and 2" so to assume someone has an extra $1000 to buy 3 tickets is just crazy and offensive not right when we already had 3 tickets we bought in 2020! I would love to see Alicia and hope maybe next time she plays in LalA or San Diego I can see her ( I can't afford to fly to one of her other tour locations and I wish I could but I have to wait to see her local).
