Should be able to do it from your account history screen. When you highli/select the charge you wish to dispute, you are given a chance to explain why you are disputing the item. Then it can be submitted.If they have questions, they can email or call you. I myself have a duplicte erroneous charge of $23 and change. Can't afford that. I am terminally ill. I call and call and get disconnected. Please help.
