    1. I am also facing the same issue. And i deposited the money to their WB21 Private Limited Axis Bank account. And i still haven't received the deposit in my Xapo Account. What happened to your issue? Did you get the deposit?

    1. I have exactly the same problem, wish I wouldn't have gone with xapo to purchase bitcoin now. I entered the correct pin last week, it said my account has been locked, I haven't been able to log in since.

  11. What I want to know is why can I not finish up the signup process before they told me my account was disabled. I did not do a PIN number or a password before it told me my account was disabled. It did not let me verify anything before they told me that my account was disabled. Why would they tell me my account is disabled if I did not do a PIN number or create a password I want to know? I need to have this finished up by no later than today. I need some answers know.
