      I am also facing the same issue. And i deposited the money to their WB21 Private Limited Axis Bank account. And i still haven't received the deposit in my Xapo Account. What happened to your issue? Did you get the deposit?

    I loaded my Xapo wallet with USD 466 via Neteller on the 18th of August and to date I have not received the cash in my wallet. I can't get through to support, other than your contact support form on the website. No response to date. My back office says 'processing'. What does this mean?

    I have 2 bit coins in my xapo wallet an cant access my wallet as i have been blocked for no reason at all an no 1 is contacting me they said 24hrs its been 4 days im worried now its causing me problems at work im gonna have to this further if no 1 contacts me soon

      I have exactly the same problem, wish I wouldn't have gone with xapo to purchase bitcoin now. I entered the correct pin last week, it said my account has been locked, I haven't been able to log in since.

    What I want to know is why can I not finish up the signup process before they told me my account was disabled. I did not do a PIN number or a password before it told me my account was disabled. It did not let me verify anything before they told me that my account was disabled. Why would they tell me my account is disabled if I did not do a PIN number or create a password I want to know? I need to have this finished up by no later than today. I need some answers know.
